The First Sunday in August during the annual town festival that celebrates the Czech and Polish heritage The Grace Bible Church and another area church hold an outdoor worship service which includes local royalty and candidates. Following the 1:00 pm Parade the members and friends of the Grace Bible Church give out around 50 plus gallons of ice-cream! Normally about 1000-1200 cones go out in 30-40 minutes. Over the year there has been more than 1,000 gallons of ice-cream have been distributed free of charge.
